With the addition of our new yoga floors, Premier will be adding 3 new classes starting in November! Monday and Wednesday mornings we will be adding a Heated Yoga class at 7:00 am and Fridays we will add our new Mobility class at 8:45 am. Heated Yoga is a dynamic, sweat‑inducing class in the new room with the heat turned up designed to boost heart rate, deepen flexibility, and build strength through a flowing sequence of poses. We do require people taking Heated Yoga to bring a large towel for their mat, but we also provide towels for $2 for rent in the class. Mobility is a low-impact class with a focus on balance, mindful breathing, flexibility, and movement for relieving stress and tension, leaving you refreshed. All fitness levels are welcome to both classes. As a reminder, all classes are free to members, and we look forward to being a part of your fitness lifestyle going into this beautiful weather!

The first-ever Filet Mignon Weeknight Revival Social was everything I hoped it would be and more. I am so grateful for all of the amazing people that showed up. 🥹

Thank you to our sponsors who supported the vision and helped bring this idea to life. Thank you to @jstephenyoung for capturing the special moments. And a big thank you to Basics Underneath for hosting us and offering free bra fitting!

I feel so lucky to have a community like this in New Orleans. Here’s to more nights of getting dressed up, enjoying yummy food and drinks, making new connections, and supporting local.

This is just the beginning of The Filet Mignon. 🫶🏼
Xoxo,
Mignon 💋
