Introducing the first half of another fantastic coordinating duo, from Dublin, a College Events Coordinator… Justin Isaac!!!

Hello beautiful people! My name is Justin Isaac, I’m from Dublin, Ireland, and I’m a sophomore in Cabot House (shoutout quadkey) studying Psychology & you guessed it—Econ (see how I lead with Psychology to sound more interesting) but PLEASE find me and we can yap about all kinds of music and everything to do with fashion or honestly anything at all (I will definitely end up redirecting the conversation 25 bajillion times sorry not sorry)

I decided to comp Key because I recognized my FOP leader (and my first Harvard friend ever) shoutout @idalismcz, who quite literally ambushed me outside Annenberg and subsequently (if you couldn’t tell now I’m trying to sound smarter than I am) dragged me to Love Story. I walked in, looked around, and immediately thought wow… everyone here seems aggressively happy, so what’s the catch? But during comp, I realized there was no catch. It was just Key.

As someone who exists in multiple affinity spaces on campus, being Black, International, and FGLI—no place has ever made me feel as loudly celebrated and unapologetically welcomed as Key. Truly. Because of Key (count how many times I say Key challenge), I’ve met some of the most incredible humans I know to date (and I really just be talking to anyone in my free time).

So you. Yes, you. I’m talking to YOU. The comper who scrolled past this twice, came back, read it again, and is now pretending this isn’t about them. The comper who really, really wants to give this a go but is terrified of doing it wrong. Just comp. Comp confused. Comp scared. I am now begging you: COMP KEY!! Take this as your sign from the universe itself. From me yelling gently but aggressively through your phone. Because the version of you that does? Yeah that version is gonna thank you.

Plus I need new people to tell all my crazy stories to anyways.
