46.

45 was intense. Amongst the most magical, complex, biggest, and riskiest years of my life.

A year ago, a few advisors suggested we push the first @wellistweek a year. Not enough time. Not enough resources. All true. I agonized for weeks. And then decided we go for it. It was THE TIME to move.

And thanks to a tireless team, the support of dozens of people, and the grace of g_d, we did it. 6.7k people across Miami. Mayors, CEOs. Cold-called strangers who became collaborators, collaborators who became friends. And me… I gained a new understanding of my capacity, and more trust in divine order. It wasn’t perfect, but it was spectacular.

W.H. Murray wrote: “Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. The moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way.”

As every year, my note is also a reminder to myself. The world meets us at the level we’re willing to commit to ourselves. As within, so without. “Providence” isn’t magic. It’s the force we all create when we are aligned and locked in.

Endlessly grateful to everyone who believed, believes, and loves me. Specifically, @alhia.me, who centers me with ritual and connection, and to all those who inspire and motivate me when I’m down. None of us can do LIFE alone.

As I write this in real time, the word for last year is clearly commitment. I wonder what the next one will be. What do you think it’ll be?! Guess right, and I’ll grant you one wish in Aug 2027. 😆

Since I post so infrequently, enjoy the photo dump.

Our High Frequency Happy Hour at @themazenyc was absolutely amazing! 😍✨💘

Even with the crazy NYC weather (tornado warnings!?) over 100 people showed up and made so many new connections (friends and dates!) 😎

Huge shout out to our incredible sponsors @drinkmyce + @loosidsoberdating for making this event possible 🥂🙏

@annamorgenstern and I are already planning our next one this fall so stay tuned!!! 💛

Shabbat Shalom ✨ Welcome to the table.

A little behind the scenes of how I’ve been hosting Shabbat dinners over the last 2.5 years.

Bringing together people from all faiths to share in the beauty of this ancient ritual has become part of my tikkun, my small way of helping repair the world.

I feel so grateful to create spaces that bridge gaps, open hearts, and invite more allyship through community and direct experience.

This is where healing begins: around a table, in conversation, in presence, and in remembering that there is so much more that connects us than divides us.

Last week’s Shabbat table reminded me of something I have been thinking about a lot lately.
We do not heal division by staying in rooms where everyone thinks the same, believes the same, prays the same, votes the same, or comes from the same place.
We heal it by creating spaces where people can come close enough to remember each other’s humanity.
Not in theory. In practice.

There were 45 people around the table that night, representing more than 15 countries. There were Jews, Muslims, Christians, Hindus, and people from so many different backgrounds coming together to welcome in the ancient Jewish ritual of Shabbat.

So here is your reminder: invite someone in. Set the table. Ask better questions. Make room for a story that is different from your own.

Because healing does not always begin with everyone agreeing. Sometimes it begins with everyone feeling welcome.
