Better late than never 🇵🇭

Still buzzing from the Unions Cup back in July. Always proud to pull on the jersey and come together with the boys. 🏆

Still working on that dive 🤞🏼

Coaches, show us your skill. Had to support Coach Joe. Love his videos 🫶

Stop overcomplicating development: grab your ball, find your rhythm, and play 👍

Skill reps don’t need a sterile gym or structured session to count.

Spinning, tossing, and simply playing with the ball wherever you are builds natural touch, instinct, and confidence when it matters on match day

A month ago, the Philippines Volcanoes Men’s 15s came together in Thailand for the Unions Cup 2026. It was an epic two weeks together and coming home hasn’t been easy. I love being in the Volcanoes environment, but I also love being home with my family. It just feels different and I have to have the awareness to recognize it.

Coach Dad — it’s not always the easiest thing to mix, but sometimes life is t supposed to be easy. I haven’t always done it well, but what I’ve learned is that I need to focus on the controllable — how I set the boundaries and how I show out in different roles.
