The path to college football is harder than it’s ever been.

Between NIL, the Transfer Portal, and roster caps opportunities are shrinking—especially for high school athletes and late bloomers. Programs are prioritizing experience, immediate impact, and proven production. That reality is leaving a lot of good players on the outside looking in, especially down here in South Florida.

Hence this post!

This message is for the programs outside the P4 who still believe in development, culture, and the process. There are players who can help you win right now that simply need a real opportunity and the right environment. Instead some of the best players in South Florida are slipping through the cracks.

If you’re a player: control what you can—your work, your academics, your character, and your preparation.
If you’re a coach or program: put in the work on and off the field. Pick up the phone and make the calls.

I’m committed to filling this opportunity gap for the sake of my program, my foundation, and my community. Please like, share, and comment to help get our kids out of here!!

Stay Ready.

Love what you’re doing @coach_garrish, your school is what student athletes dream of. High level sports performance training and a legitimate flexible curriculum. Every student might not be prepared for the freedom, environment, and work but for those who are READY it makes too much sense.

I had a chance to tell the future stars about my journey to the NFL and beyond. You can always tell a good group by their attention and questions! They were focused and prepared for our conversation, even after a long day of school.

The biggest part of building our program @fieldboyzfb is collaborating and connecting with our local businesses and organizations in the @cityofdeerfieldbeach. I look forward to more opportunities to use the my platform and the game to glorify God and empower the next generation.

Stay Ready.

After 10 years, the journey comes full circle. 🏈
The JT Thomas III Legends Youth Football Camp has impacted countless young athletes, building a tradition of excellence, inspiration, and community.

Hosting this final camp was more than just an event — it was a celebration of everything we’ve built together over the past decade. 🙌

We’re grateful for the opportunity to create meaningful experiences that will live on in the lives of these athletes and this community. ❤️
