I’ve been blessed with a series of incredible opportunities in the last few weeks. Got invited out to Alaska to shoot a competition put on by @arctic_guardian which was a blast and I got to hang out and shoot with some of my Anchorage boys and @robcarrajj . @erinwalker15 and I then turned the trip into a vacation. Had an amazing time seeing some of that beautiful state. My pictures don’t even do her any justice. I grew up seeing photo albums of my dad’s fishing trips and always wanted to get up here. Alaska did not disappoint. If you haven’t been to Alaska you need to put it on the top of your list. Also go check out Arctic Guardian, they are a solid not for profit helping MIL/LE folks get some incredible training they wouldn’t normally be able to get.

Get on a plane to check in on your brothers, if you have to, send them a ticket so they can check in on you, be the change you wish to see in the world, stand fast in your resolve against evil and resolute in your devotion to God. Give more than you take; and don’t ever (and I do mean never), let the bastards grind you down.

It was a pleasure coordinating with Ardy and the rest of the Fortress staff on the Arctic Guardian donation to support the mission and officers of the Anchorage Police SWAT team. We appreciated the job you do and are humbled by the recognition.
