The success of anything in life requires a team, and the Tyler Knight Dreams Football Camp is proof of that.

First, we want to thank the Little Rock School District for providing a place where we could pour into the next generation of athletes.

A special thank you to At Your Service Event Planning for the amazing decorations that helped make the day even more special.

To every parent, thank you for trusting us and bringing your athletes to camp. Your support made this event possible.

To every athlete who attended, thank you for showing up ready to learn, compete, and embrace coaching. Your effort and willingness to grow are what this camp is all about.

We also want to thank our outstanding coaching staff for investing their time, knowledge, and passion into each athlete.

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to our special guest, Clinton McDonald, a Jacksonville native and Super Bowl Champion. Thank you for taking the time to encourage our athletes, share your journey, and remind them that their dreams are possible through hard work, discipline, and perseverance.

This camp was about more than football—it was about building character, inspiring dreams, and showing our youth what is possible. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making the Tyler Knight Dreams Football Camp a memorable experience. We can’t wait to do it again! 🏈

Before field work today, we focused on speed work and acceleration. We started with push-up sprints, which help build upper body strength and power, then moved to kneeling lateral sprints to improve single-leg strength and enhance lateral change of direction—key for quick cuts on the field.

Next, we performed lean fall runs to develop proper sprint mechanics and explosive starts, followed by resisted sprints to increase overall sprint power and drive. We finished with all-out sprints to maximize top-end speed and conditioning.

After speed work, we focused on agility, performing 5-10-5 drills to improve quickness, reaction time, and short-area change of direction—critical for evading defenders and creating space. We wrapped up with field work and 1v1s, applying all the skills we practiced in a competitive setting.

Today, we got better. Every drill we did today builds strength, speed, and agility, essential tools for every football player looking to dominate on the field.

Too many athletes chop their steps and break down at every cone. That’s not how you move in a game.
Train how you play. Smooth transitions. Full-speed cuts. No hesitation. 💨

🔥 Memphis Showcase Prep – Pro Shuttle Tips 🔥

Today we locked in with the guys as we prep for the Memphis Showcase! One of the key focus areas was the Pro Shuttle, a test that can separate the average from the elite.

This drill isn’t just about speed. It’s about technique, discipline, and explosiveness. Here are a few critical tips we emphasized:

✅ Touch the line with your outside hand – don’t cheat yourself, stay legal.
✅ Keep your shin angles low and in the direction you’re going – this sets you up for clean, powerful transitions.
✅ Explode off the line every rep – treat every movement like it’s game-time.
✅ And most importantly, finish through the line – your last step matters just as much as your first.

We’re building athletes who don’t just show up, they show out.
