If every Ironman build/performance went to plan it would make for a pretty boring story. But I finished the Ironman World Championship in Kona and with that I’m bloody proud. 🤍

National Duathlon Championship - 🥇Age Group,🥈Female 🥳🥳

10km run + 40km bike + 5km run

A big morning shaking out the cobwebs of winter/life in general, and things went better than expected. A hard slog for sure, but great to get some intensity back. Also pretty happy with a sneaky fastest overall T1 (and second overall T2!), gotta get those marginal gains where I can 😂😎

Age-Group Triathlon Worlds - Pontevedra 2026 🇪🇸

Tough race coming from a Canberra winter but the course, atmosphere and vibe was amazing! Finished 46th out of 74 which I’m pretty happy with for first time representing Australia but unfortunately didn’t have the run I was after with some serious cramping and stitches.

Thanks to @jtmultisport for everything over the last year it’s been absolutely amazing and I’m excited to get stuck back into training and keep improving. We’ll be back.

BTS: of an athlete doing #epiccharitychallenge raising close to $1,500,000 in 2026 for causes like: mental health, child protection and getting people involved in their community. This includes 4 full iron man triathlons and multiple marathons and ultra marathons being 100km and 50km distances as well as 7 marathons in 7 days in 7 states in less than 12 months. ALSO multiple marathon 10km swims.

I’ve been awarded by @acttriathlon with the endurance award of 2026

And have done all these events for our community 💕💕

A massive shout out to @bilbys_tri for welcoming me to their community @jtmultisport for letting me tag into a few swim sessions as well as @vikingstriathlon for the same. Along with @bossmultisport for helping me with my way and @pen_slater for guiding me about nutrition and REDS and queer visibility.

The world needs to know that you are all apart of this social change and infrastructure !

Debut 70.3 up at @ironman70.3sunshinecoast. Ended up with 7th and a 3:50 after a solid day across the board. Plenty of lessons learnt and already looking forward to the next.

A big thanks to @jamesthorp23 and the crew @jtmultisport for getting me fit and strong over the past 6 months following some time away from the sport.

Thank you for the support from near and far, it’s comforting to know that even on the off days there’s people to pick me up and remind me that half the battle is earning a spot on this start line.

Amy’s Great Ocean Road Gran Fondo 122km | 3:40:35 | 87th Male 18-34 |

Woke up sick on Friday but somehow managed to qualify for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships - must’ve been the cold & flu tablets 😅

Super happy with this one all things considered and it felt like a huge win in my book. Big love as always to @jtmultisport and @hybridathletic.cbr for keeping me in shape!

Taking a bike on a work trip = perfect for a little exploring and training between conference sessions 😎

I was very tired at the end of the week, but the sort of tiredness that makes me happy. It’s a great privilege to be exhausted by unlikely opportunities and by a life and career that I love 🫶
