My heart is full but damnnn am I exhausted!

Thursday night we had the reveal of our Still Here collaboration of @mo.mealey with @the_resilience_company 🩵💜 and sold out of all 50 shirts in the first 48 hours!

Then Friday was @goldrushfestaz to see my dudes @sullivanking and @zzzoey808 with the fam!

Now for a short week and to do it all again at @lostlandsfestival

I don’t have clients or people I just “coach”… working with me personally you are more likely than not going to end up in my chosen family, hitting your goals, and on a side quest or 7.

My guy @jay2alv hit me up in 2017 looking to just get in shape… well we did just that, then he competed and won, then we ended up a ton of pool parties, on my bachelor party trip, at my wedding, and honestly in my family.

This is why we built @tytinwellness, to create a community that is with you for more than just eat your macros and lift some shit. Are we a low key cult? I have no idea but the secret meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of each month at Chilis.

National Dog Day hits a little differently this year.

On January 7th, everything changed for Huey. A herniated disc turned into hospitals, procedures, neurologists, physical therapy, setbacks and a lot of days where I didn’t know what was going to happen to my happy little guy.

Then April came. A ruptured eardrum, meningitis, an infection dangerously close to his brain and another hospital stay. The little dude genuinely could not catch a break.

But somehow, through all of it, Huey never stopped being Huey.

He never surrendered. He just kept fighting to get back to the life he loves. His food. His family. His walks. And his completely irrational hatred of appliances and skateboards.

God put this little boy in my life at exactly the right time. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it forever, Huey will do more for me in his lifetime than I could ever possibly do for him.

There were moments this year when I would have done anything to have early January Huey back. And now, heading into September, I finally feel like I have him again. My happy, stubborn, food-obsessed little pain in the ass.

He wouldn’t be here without the incredible vets, vet techs, neurologists and physical therapists who fought for him.

And Joel, @jtor24, who took Huey in as his own years ago and has loved, carried, worried about and fought for this little guy right alongside me. I couldn’t have asked for a better dog Dad for him. Watching them together is one of my most favorite things.

Huey may not be human, but he will forever be my little boy.

So today I’m holding him and our beautiful Duchess a little tighter. Not because I feel sorry for what we went through, but because after this year, I know exactly how lucky I am that I still get to.

Happy National Dog Day to my little boy.
