Welcome @jtrvth to Align Talent Collective 💚

Some dancers dream of one world tour. Justin has done more than a dozen.

Tate McRae. Madonna. Britney Spears. Justin Bieber. Bruno Mars. Christina Aguilera. Camila Cabello. He’s spent his career on the biggest stages in pop, and is easily one of the most in-demand tour dancers in the industry.

The world knows him best as a commercial dancer with unreal freestyle, and he is, but that’s only part of it. He’s technically trained and endlessly versatile, a true jack of all trades and somehow also a master of many. Off the stage, he’s a gifted teacher and coach, pouring that experience into the dancers coming up.

But a resume can’t show you what makes Justin, Justin.

I’ve known him long enough to have watched the whole arc. From a college kid who dropped everything to join a Britney Spears tour, to the husband and father he is now, still chasing the work he loves with everything he’s got. He’s the person who picks up anything and is instantly great at it.

He could go pro at just about anything he tried. He won’t tell you that, though. He’s humble to a fault, the kind of talent that lets the work speak and never needs to say a word. And for all he’s accomplished, the thing he’s proudest of isn’t on any resume. It’s his family, and the joy of watching the next generation come up behind him.

We don’t sign résumés. We sign humans. And Justin is the one who’s built a career most would envy, and he’s still far from finished.
