Attending my 3rd @weareafca annual conference in beautiful Charlotte, North Carolina!

Always my favorite time of the year and a great way to kick off 2025. With over 5000 college and high school football coaches in attendance, this unique professional development platform provides education and endless networking opportunities over the course of 3 days.

I’ve had a chance to experience leadership in different industries at different levels but nothing tops hearing from the ball coaches. These are some of the most inspiring and motivating group of individuals on the planet.

Also gained a ton of insight from guys who I’ve had a chance to play with and follow, most of my peers are starting to hit their stride and up for significant promotions. Coaching is a very dynamic and fruitful career for those who are fit for the task.

Performing under pressure is a never ending part of life, but adding stress from not taking action in your own life doesn’t help. The greatest way to combat this little evil is by starting where you’re at, utilizing all the resources you were born or blessed with, and planning for your personal, financial, and professional future.

Reflecting on my journey, from my career as an NFL player to years of work in real estate, I’m filled with gratitude for each of you. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and belief have been the foundation of my success. Transitioning from the field to the business world has been an incredible ride filled with ups and downs. Now, I’m excited to share the next chapter.

As I expand into the advisor role within the finance industry, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned — from the discipline of being an athlete to the insights gained through real estate investing — to help families, entrepreneurs, and communities build long lasting financial security.
