Honoured to be featured in Arcadia Magazine, sharing my insights on achieving radiant summer skin for deeper skin tones.

The best glow comes from understanding your skin, protecting it, and choosing treatments that enhance, not compromise, its natural beauty.

My 2nd year speaking @thefertilityshow and boy does it bridge that gap between established and emerging science and lived experience. As well as perhaps, most importantly - Support! 🤗

I was speaking in the sold-out panel with an embryologist with 30 years experience, and @mskarenjoash gynecologist & obstetrician of over 25 years.

We discussed what is possible for the over 35s and I think that’s so important when so many clinics dismiss people of this age and over.

I’ve coached over 600 people on the road to a child and just today I did a free birthing panel postpartum session with a client of natural conception in her early 40s.

it was great to see people like @rahivictory.md speak positvely in regards to naturopaths and the use for NAC for some.

I also introduced my clients to free support and advice from @fertility.action 🩷

@sophiesulehria opened that needed conversation about people’s lived experience🙌🏼

I think so many people often think they’re the only ones going through this, and it can be isolating.

I always pop to chat with the @testhimltd , you can listen to episode 33 with me discussing all male factor fertility over on Spotify and Apple. The work that they do is phenomenal. 🎏

And of course @purermama @purervita for creating affordable supplements that don’t just give a ‘nod’ to pre and post natal nutrition vitamins and minerals, but put the amount in there they know clinically 🔬🥼🧪makes a difference, because it’s made by doctors who deal with people day in, day out, just like I do in my private practice.

If you were there over the weekend, and didn’t get a chance to sit down and have a chat to me like some people did, while I was having my lunch then send me a copy of your ticket, I’m giving anyone that attended the show £25 off a consultation with me for an hour for the rest of May and June.

Just DM me or follow the link in the bio, because everyone deserves to make their own bespoke fertility plan.

Unexplained infertility is many cases truly ‘unexplored’ fertility. X

Last week I walked into a dinner with @shawellness hosted by founder @alejandrobataller . The first face I saw was @jasminehemsley 🤗- We have not seen each other for over 10 years but our wellbeing journeys are forever connected through an amazing man Raj Bachu at Sai Nutrition and goes back 20yrs. 🗓️

What I adored about this dinner was not just the food which was divine, all gluten and dairy free, perfect for me but the heart of the talks.

@alejandrobataller and his family created @shawellness out of finding the WHYs to restore their OWN wellness out of sickness, just like I found and created my business out of my Lupus recovery and infertility journey and how @jasminehemsley created her own wellbeing world with her sister @melissa.hemsley when they went on a search to help a family member.

I left the dinner with was a sense of community and unified purpose.

Life is not about simply living longer, but helping yourself and all those we connect with, to experience a fuller life.

HOW?

Start with the basics and build from there.
Sleep
Diet
Getting out in nature
Creating a community that raises your vibration not depletes it

And then layer inside the jazzy stuff, as when you have the basics the new waves of longevity have their best shot to work for you.

As a Global Fertility expert the last 6 years has taught me it’s all in the details. Many of my clients world wide are Black & Brown and I’m sad to say some of the basics are often missed in the fertility journey, not by the client, but by the medical teams.

Come along to the Black and Brown Fertility Show and learn all about:

- Vitamin D and how it impacts both sperm & Egg Health.
- Fibroids
- Sperm health - what to check and what to invest and what to avoid to improve profiles.
- Thyroid and autoimmune undiagnosis.
- Creating your own tool box for the journey to optimise your health, your mind and your relationships.

This is about making informed choices and if you have been told your delay in the process of meeting “your child in waiting “ is explained as “one of those things” or because of your age, this show is for you.

You can follow the link in the bio to get tickets for under £25 and use code BBFS for 25% off.

Tickets are limited, this is not a mass exhibition, this is about community care.

So many things come in 3’s and your hormones are no exception, so why is it hard to get testosterone unless you complain about zero libido?

Testosterone is much more than feeling frisky.

It plays a key role in:
- cognitive clarity and focus
- muscle tone and metabolic health
- energy and confidence

I have invested under the guidance and prescribing of @dr_nirusha.kumaran to get a compounded testosterone cream made privately by Roseway labs.

It’s not cheap but I like the fact it’s not a reduced mini version of a male product and it’s made for me. I truly believe personalised medicine is so valuable.

As the conversation is evolving on the menoapuse I wish more included testosterone. I’m feeling so “on it” on it!

I hope that you had a Happy Bank holiday. I took 4 whole days off! Not done that in ages and there is a reason… my recent bloods. 🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸I recently had an extensive blood panel done with @get_stride and found out that my cholesterol is high. But and this is a big BUT it’s mostly not my diet.

Think your ‘high cholesterol’ is just about the eggs you ate? Think again. 🛑 If your diet is good n point on the plate 🍽️ but your labs are still high, your body might be trying to tell you something else is out of balance. ⚖️

For me my Iron was low for a starter.

My sleep had also been out of sink for a good couple of months until recently .

Stress also plays a huge part and while we ‘manage’ stress (most of us just push on through) that pushing on through can cause unbalances in the body.

So what am I doing with my results or BECAUSE of them?

- Going to bed 30 mins earlier

- Swapping one intensive weight training session for pilates

- Remembering to use my @nurosym daily

- Taking an iron supplement

- Emailing results to my GP and asking for an appointment to review.

This is why I always say TEST DON’T GUESS!

Preparing for IVF or natural fertility in my mind is a no brainer. Most men can massively improve their sperm, even marginal improvements can make the marked difference to going full term in a pregnancy.
Now in my 7th year as a fertility coach I have yet to not improve a man’s sperm panel and over all health.

We women can both improve our egg quality and just as important the body that the embryo developes in. But it takes time.

Science states that those 90 days prior are vital not only for fertilisation but also the longevity and life quality of the child.

Life can throw a lot of challenges at us and the environment we have been exposed to in the lead up to now can really affect our fertility. But the great news is a lot can be done about it.

90 percent of my clients have gone on to have a healthy baby, naturally or via IVF and 100 percent of them have become healthier in bloods, sleep, weight, energy and mental health at the end of it.

Dm me and let’s do this together.

Asking for help can be hard and daunting and often we think it’s a huge over all. Guess what? Often it’s NOT.

Yes, I do 10 and 12 week programs but often people get the transformation they need from a one off one to one session with me and a free follow up check in.

This is a lady that had dealt with constipation her whole life. No doctor could find a medical reason nor rectify the situation.

After one taster and an in-depth one to one and a free follow up this is her now.

Just because it’s BEEN your norm doesn’t mean it has to be your NORM going forward.

Mild to chronic constipation is a common issue with many of my clients and one we can more than often sort out.

Dm to book a taster appointment.
They will now be
Tuesday evenings 7pm -9pm
Friday days 7-am to 9am and then 11am to 1pm
And Saturday mornings. 7am to 10am.

As the saying goes…

“It’s better OUT than in”.

Finally people are listening to the plastic health crisis. I have not seen the @netflix documentary yet, ( I think we all need to watch it) but I did read over 80 peer review studies on the effects of microplastics on health for my book ‘360 Fertility’ and I have already read about 30 more clinical papers on this matter for the book I’m currently writting. 📕

Apart from maybe your office chair where else do you spend a lot of your time? In your bed. 🛏️

Did you know that many “Mixed cotton sheets” especially those marketed as “cotton blends” or “poly-cotton,” often contain significant amounts of plastic, with many standard blends containing 50% to 60% polyester. These synthetic fibers are derived from petroleum-based plastics and release microplastics during washing and your sweaty sleep.

Check your label this evening and think to changing to:
100 percent cotton
100 percent linen
100 percent bamboo.

I’m sleeping in bamboo sheets from @lostloom as they are naturally cooling for these warmer nights, moisture wicking, making them great for hormonal fluctuations in IVF, pregnancy and menopause or even things like chemo.

If you are sleeping naked just think of how much contact your skin has in those 7-8 sleep a night when your body is trying to repair, you maybe REtoxing.

This isn’t about scaring, it’s about being mindful of what we invest in and as someone who has been on the not so nice side of health with Lupus and autoimmune diseases rising along with unexplained infertility it’s good to know where we CAN remove and replace.

Ps. Pjs are a must after 7 on a Sunday.

They say the only constant is change, and at FedFlow, we’ve always believed in moving with the rhythm of life. 🌿

Today, I’m sharing that the physical doors of FedFlow Studio are closing, but our energy is simply finding a new way to vibrate. We are evolving into Harmonised Flow—a collective of artists, wellbeing practitioners, and movement specialists.

We’re stepping out of the four walls and into the world.

Think immersive retreats, pop-up events, and digital spaces where we can connect no matter where we are.

This isn’t an ending; it’s a massive expansion of everything we’ve built together.

Stay tuned for the first chapter of Harmonised Flow. The frequency is shifting, and I can’t wait for you to feel it. ✨

Not all green powders or tabs are created equal. Trust me back in the day I changed brands to save money and they actually made me feel worse. 😫Then I went into a 3 week dive on the company and sourcing and it was full of heavy metals. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Chlorella is like a sponge. If it’s grown in an open pool near an industrial site, it’s soaking up all that “yuck” before it even gets to you. What’s the point in that.

What you need to be looking for on the label:

✨ “Broken Cell Wall” (otherwise, your body can’t actually absorb the goodness!) so it’s just expensive poo.

✨ Third-party lab results for heavy metals. No exceptions. Now it’s a must for me. Been down the wrong road before.

✨ Origin stories. I want to know exactly where that algae lived its best life. Not just where it’s packaged or made.

The Red Flags:
🚩 Dull, brownish color (it should be electric green).

🚩 Shady “proprietary blends” with fillers.

🚩 No mention of purity testing. Massive red flag!!

Your body deserves the cleanest fuel possible. Don’t settle for “cheap” when it comes to your cellular health.

I actually had a client who was a yoga teacher and she came to me with pain and bad sleep and bad skin. All I did was switch her supplement brands and within a month she was fine. It was all the rubbish in the supplements or low grade ones.🙄💪🏼

I used to get one from Germany but post Brexit it was insane shipping.

Now I use @oxfordhealthspan the GF one.
