Who do you want to work with? People you know, LIKE, and trust? Me too.

And that is exactly what this group is! 120+ powerhouse Sotheby’s International Realty advisors from across the country who came together for the legendary Coffey Cup! ☀️⛳️

Endless laughs, two sunny days of golf [I’m learning!], fun dinners, seeing longtime friends and meeting new ones, 32 hot dogs, hearing about all the different dynamics in everyone’s markets…and dancing with @aubrestacknick [LAST SLIDE] and @dulcyfreeman as @brian_p_coffey put up with our playlist! FUN at every turn. 💥💥

So grateful to be a part of this! You have built something really cool, Brian. THANK YOU for everything.

Bringing together busy agents from 75 markets is no small feat. Huge shoutout to @valerieburmester and @felicia.delope for making it all go.

120+ people.
75 markets.
$46B in career production.

More than the numbers, this is about relationships and being part of a dynamic group of humans.

POV: You’re in a room (or in this case, on a golf course) with 120+ real estate agents from 75 markets and $46 billion in collective career sales… and and the energy in the room was unmatched.

@brian_p_coffey built something special with the Coffey Cup — part golf tournament, part mastermind, ALL good people. So grateful to be in the room. Honored to have been able to support and be a part of the planning. Cannot wait until next year!

Grateful to have attended my first Coffey Cup in Scottsdale, AZ ⛳️ Thanks to Brian Coffey of One Sotheby’s International Realty for organizing and putting on such an amazing event!

120 Sotheby’s International Realty agents.
70+ offices represented.
$46B+ in collective career sales…but the numbers aren’t the story.

What stood out was the collaboration. The openness. The intentional building of relationships across markets.

This is what makes Sotheby’s International Realty different. When agents are connected at this level, clients benefit at the highest level whether they’re moving across town, across the country, or across the world.

I’m incredibly proud to be part of a network that shows up, shares, and elevates one another—so we can deliver more, together.

An Elevated Broker’s Preview at @798.havana hosted by Ashley Rose & Alain ✨

Guests were welcomed with a grounding third eye 👁️ sound bowl ritual by Ashley Rose as a Holistic Realtor setting the tone for clarity, calming, presence, and elevated energy throughout the tour experience.

We welcomed a select group of top brokers inside 798 HAVANA for a private preview of a modern waterfront residence defined by light, intention, and flow.

With southern exposure, open water access, and architecture designed to frame sunrise and stillness, this home is not simply a place to live. It is a mindset.

Every line, material, and transition was thoughtfully considered to create a sense of calm, privacy, and elevation. A home for those who move through the world with intention and value design as a daily experience.

Grateful for the energy, conversations, and presence shared…

This is only the beginning.

Private previews continue
