Coast Mountain CrossFit wouldn’t be what it is without our incredible coaching team.

Our coaches are the heart of this community — the ones showing up early, staying late, celebrating every win (big or small), and making sure every single person who walks through our doors feels supported, challenged, and cared for.

They bring the energy, the knowledge, the encouragement, and the standard that makes CMCF such a special place.

Whether it’s helping someone hit their first pull-up, coaching through a tough day, or simply creating an atmosphere where people feel like they belong — our coaches do it all.

We are so grateful for the time, passion, and leadership they give to this gym and this community every single day.

After almost 4 years, we haven't seen our families. We are so happy and grateful to have seen them and enjoyed their company.
Personally, I have mixed feelings because I will miss them again, but I also miss the new country, city, and friends that we have called home since 2022.
