My sleeve has taken four years from start to finish, a lot of thought, MANY hours of sitting and since it’s driving some of y’all crazy not to know, thought I’d share it’s story.😋

⏱ Time may be infinite, but ours is not. Anything can change at any minute, upending your world, so appreciate every minute you have. Don’t dwell in the past or fret about the future…now is a gift, that’s why it’s called the present.

🦅 We’re not immortal, but it doesn’t mean we can’t still renew ourselves. There’s nothing that says you’re stuck. No one that says you can’t become a newer, better version of yourself, whatever that may look like.

🦁 It’s not always easy to find the courage to do what needs to be done, but it’s there. Dig deep and know that you can do anything.

🐏 The piece closest to the wrist is a dwennimmen, representing two ram’s horns and basically means no matter how strong or successful you may become, you must always stay humble.

🧭 The compass represents the never ending journey in life of finding your way and even when you think you have your course set, shit happens and you have to re-examine and adjust course. But no matter what, you’re always moving, never stagnant.

🌹The roses are a simple reminder to never forget to always look for the beauty and peace in the world, whether you have to find it or make it yourself.

RTL: There’s a fine line between confidence and arrogance. Ride on that line and continue to be grateful and humble, while keeping confident in your abilities.

⭕️Three circles: circles are infinite and these three are closely connected, as are my father, sister and me. The line through them ties us together in the life we share. The two circles on the end signify the infinitesimal possibilities that life brings.

👊🏼RP…my ratpack. My brothers that will always be there for me to hold me up when I need it and smack me down when necessary…all while likely pouring some Captain down my throat at the same time.😂
