Me sinto muito amada nesta comunidade, e agradeço.

Visionary Voices: Echoes of Inner Worlds 🌟
June 2026 Xilitla, Mexico

A million thanks to @blancolety for welcoming both Cançao do Sapo and Portrait of a Spirit into this inspiring group exhibition at the Leonora Carrington museum. Opening weekend was a delight in Xilitla, bridging an international artist community from across Mexico and the Americas.
Many thanks also to @miktlankouatl and @museoleonoracarringtonxilitla1 for your gracious work and support in this exhibition.

This has been my first proper exhibition in many years, and I’ll carry the joy from this show forward for a long time to come.

Xilitla is a town in San Luis Potosi, about 8 hours north of Mexico City, which is known for its unique role in the Surrealist art movement during the early-mid 20th century. Las Posas, the eccentric otherworldly sculpture art garden resides here, as do many sculptures from Leonora Carrington herself, a rogue free thinker who carved her own life path in a time when many pressures were put on her. Showing art here in Mexico with its rich history alongside this active group of artists has been a dream.

(Pt nos comentários ♥️) Painting is a life long dream I got to come closer during the pandemic through the visionary awakening course I took with @taliamacaira - one of the strongest names that disseminates visionary art in Brazil. Little did I know where this dedication would take me. A couple of yrs after 2020 I was being invited to live paint in festivals in the US. From Unifier to the Center Camp at Burning Man, passing thru CoSM - 1 of my favorite places on Earth I’ve had the honor to paint at. I traveled to show people my skill on performing live in different places since then, including Brazil, where live painted at Torus festival in Bahia for new yrs eve. Last yr my art took me back to CoSM to study w the Grey’s on a painting intensive week for advanced artists. Two of the biggest visionary masters of contemporary times, and I must say I’ve been Alex’s admirer since before I ever worked w art and was just a secretary in a small company back in my hometown, so to me this is pretty f awesome. This yr though, smth different is happening: my art is traveling without me.

I was surprised to be selected for my 1st museum exhibition in Mexico of all places - the homeland of one of my fave and oldest inspos: the great Frida Khalo - I can get emotional thinking of her, and her strength and her art. And as a woman ahead of her time, Frida inspired me to be who I am, and honor a path that was not available (and still isn’t) for many women in our world.

So I hold myself accountable on the responsibility of holding the creative thread of art as a path of freedom weaving my way through society. I still can’t really put into words my awe. I think this is so far one of the greatest honors of my life. Thank you @blancolety, for the beautiful show you orchestrated - opening up a space that was yours only to bring light into our collective visionary voices. Bringing this amazing and cooperative fam together for communing around the beautiful art we displayed. Thank you @miktlankouatl for making such beautiful quality art prints for the show. I’m thrilled my 1st exhibit ever was in Leonora Carrington Museum in Xilitla. I’ve got goosebumps as I write (continue below)

My first exhibition: Visionary Voices Echoes of Inner Worlds, at the Lenora Carrington Museum in Xilitla, Mexico.

Stepping into the world of art through such a great exhibition was more than an honor.

I have been painting since 2025, and I didn’t expect that my art would transform into such a profound path, and that it would take such a turn so fast.

I am in awe… but completely awakened now, on the mission of art, in my mission & my part as an artist, in service to the Earth family. This service ties perfectly with my work at the Altar, at our soul project & home @inner_flight_retreat.

Art is medicine. Art is healing. And art has the power to carry deep, coded messages that no other medium can carry and transmit.

The creative path is a spiritual path. And the thing is that… we are all creative. But we are afraid to explore it because we think, “What if I fail at it?”

But life and reality reward those who risk failing, who risk being the black sheep of the family, or the one who release the path they’ve been walking on for maybe decades to try something new.

May this message be an inspiration to you to try new things, to honor your inner child, so that you can access surprises from life far more beautiful than your mind can imagine.

✨✨✨
