Behind every great film is a team of people whose work deserves to be seen.

Here are a few of our unit stills from ISSOBELL.
Captured by the brilliant @sonjabphoto, who has an incredible eye for capturing the moments, the atmosphere and the artistry behind the camera…always with a smile on her face.

Unit stills are more than photographs. They capture the soul of a production, preserve the memories made on set, and give the world a glimpse into the work that goes into bringing a story to life…more to come!

Sonja, thank you for everything you do, your talent, your dedication, and for capturing the magic behind ISSOBELL. We appreciate you more than you know.

ISSOBELL has made the TOP 15 of the Jacob Owens Horror Contest 2026, with a screening in Los Angeles on 24 October.
Go team.

This is a short clip from my last workshop with @thehbfilmfest. I’m excited to be part of the festival again this year, when you can join me for a practical workshop exploring how body, breath, voice and intention can help you speak with greater confidence, clarity and impact.

You’ll learn practical tools to:

* Feel more grounded
* Reduce tension
* Communicate with clearer purpose
* Connect naturally with listeners, audiences and the camera
* Bring greater ease to presentations, pitching, networking, interviews and public speaking

Whether you’re speaking to an audience, pitching an idea, contributing in meetings or creating on-camera content, you’ll leave with tools you can use straight away.

🎟️ Book your place: link in bio

A big thank you to Alistair McClure and @judec.potter for their generous feedback at the end — it really meant a lot. Thank you to @thehbfilmfest for having me along again this year, to everyone who joined me last time and to those of you who’ll be joining me in October. ❤️

Being a Freelance Composer, I get the exiting opportunity to attend various film events. This year, I was proud to accept an industry pass to the 79th Edinburgh International Film Festival. An entire week, driving back and forth to Edinburgh during the #EdinburghFringe, and it was absolutely worth it.

I went to Industry interviews, featuring Ewan McGregor (trainspotting, the phantom menace), and Kenneth Branagh (Shackleton, the chamber of secrets).

Attending screenings such as the worldpremiere of ‘Skintown’, directed by Kieron J. Walsh and featuring Jamie-lee O’Donnell (Derry Girls, Screw).

I did an immense amount of networking with events hosted by the British Film Institute (BFI), BAFTA Scotland, Screen Scotland and many more. and I caught up with some amazing creatives while I was around.

All in all, a great week. Massive shout to the EIFF Staff!
