Happy Friday, everyone!! 👏🏻

A few years ago, the three of us were lucky enough to meet thanks to the incredible power of books! If one of us reads something and gives it 5 stars, the rest of us automatically add it to our TBR. Being able to connect and bond with people who share the same love for something as you do is such a wonderful gift. We’ve laughed together, cried, and swooned over romances so intense and unforgettable that we just had to share them with you (well, at least some of them 🤣). We were so in sync that, literally, almost every book could fit into any of the categories for all three of us!

Thanks to @judgingbookscovers for getting me organized because my year end TBR needs some attention.

10 books on my TBR and 10 yet to be releases I am dying to read before the end of the year.

I am absolutely going to get distracted by at least twelve completely unrelated books but these are set in stone.

I cannot believe we have made it through 8 months of 2026 guys!! WTF is going on!? Time needs to slow down 🤣

Spring has arrived in Australia, and it is always welcomed. We have some beautiful weather ahead of us and we will be happy to see the end of the viruses and patchy cold weather here in Queensland.

I had a BUSY audiobook listening month. I was able to fly through them with my daughter being in kindy 3 days a week now. I got so much done while listening. Even though she has also been sick a number of times too 😅 ALSO, I beta read an AMAZING surprise book by my fave girl @emmegoodewrites too. 🤫👏🏻

Septembers 12 book challenge read IS 🥁 🥁 🥁….
The Ribbon Duet by Pepper Winters, picked by my girl Monica (@judgingbookscovers) 🙌🏻👏🏻 I have been WAITING for this one!! I’m so excited and cannot wait to start. (Sorry @goodgirlslovespice & @pages_n_pours, I KNOWWWWWW okay!!! lol it’s COMING!!! 🤪😈)

⏳ The Parallel Series by Elle O’Roark ⏳

This series was something completely unexpected and unlike anything I’ve ever read before.

The creativity behind this story is absolutely incredible. It consists of two duets, and I highly recommend reading both. The first duet leaves you with so many questions, but the second answers them all and completely changes the way you see everything. It gives the first duet an entirely new meaning, and the way everything comes together by the end of the final book is absolutely mind blowing🤯

Without giving anything away, all I can say is…this love story was EPIC! Unforgettable, unique, and definitely going on my list of all time favorites❤️

And for my audiobook girlies, I highly recommend listening to this one. The narrators were AMAZING and truly brought this story to life😮‍💨🤌🏻

✨THE LAST BOOK THAT I...✨

Happy Friday! The sun is shining here in the UK which is unheard of! It's guna be nice for the next week! I'm currently travelling down to Devon for the weekend and I get to see @literarybythesea for the weekend for dog walks, lunches and I'm sure all things bookish too. Can't wait!

📚Here’s another round of Shelby being properly influenced by bookstagrammers 😅

There are so many good posts out there that catch the eye and sway me to add yet another book to my insane TBR. I just want people to know how appreciated they are, and that your posts are being seen! We are being influenced and your hard work pays off. I try to engage on the posts, but sometimes I only have time to do a quick save so I don’t lose or forget. Needless to say, these are all great accounts in general too.

✨ Bookstagram party of the year ✨

According to my Spotify, all I ever listen to is Sleep Token (not true- I have Mcfly and *NSYNC on repeat too!), so I thought I'd do the book version to get a bit of variety.

It’s been so interesting looking back at my reading and Bookstagram journey. Even though I don’t really read Colleen Hoover anymore, her books were my gateway into romance, and I’ll always be grateful for that 🩷

I also didn’t realise how rare it is for me to reread, although I know I'll be doing a bit more of that this year in preparation for some exciting sequels!
