RVA Y’all looked DAMN GOOD Friday night!💨🔥😍
Thank you to the City of Richmond!! When I say God is the best of planners…. know that it’s real 🙏🏽🙏🏽. All the stars showed up and showed out for an epic inaugural holiday affair. We wanted to accomplish a few things, and we did just that! #1 We wanted to come into the city and not just take but actually stimulate the economy, which we were able to do. This event cost a lotttttt of $$, 70% of which went to the city… its businesses, and various local entrepreneurs that look like us. We refused to charge MaMa J’s and the other food vendors a vending fee to serve you because our motto is “EVERYBODY EATS”💯💪🏾 #2 We wanted to provide a safe and classy space for Richmond’s “who’s who” to really turn up in style, and we did that as well. #3 We wanted to engage with guests and make such an impression that this event becomes a staple in Richmond for years to come, and judging from the feedback minus a couple snags that will be rectified… we are on our way with that as well. Thanks to all who saw the vision and helped push this event from day 1. No way we pull off an event of this magnitude without your contributions. To DJ Just Different, Rick Harris, Darryl Johnson, Dre & Nailah Whitt, Ameerah Minton, Alisha Renee, Brandy Taylor, Calvin Lewis, Charles Wilson, Kay Mechelle, Nia Marie, Chris Styles, Keysha Bailey, Tylea Owens, Stephanie Barnes Blue, and all the ladies of DST ❤️🐘Teamwork makes the dream work. You are all loved, valued, and appreciated ❤️💯💪🏾 Special thank you to DJ Lonnie B for lending us his energy for RVA Live!! When you are able to commission talent on the level of Lonnie B, Kelli Lemon, DJ Rayvon, Phalie, Chey Butta, Legacy Band VA, Steve Stillfamiliar Roy, and Top 5 DC it makes our job a lot easier. Y’all made us look good yesterday, and we are grateful 🙏🏽 Thank you to our legendary photographer Phelan Marc and our event staff for holding us down. As we collect the data from this test run, we will fine-tune RVA Live and make it an even better experience moving fwd. Thank you all for pouring into your business community.❤️❤️❤️ Full photo reel over on The AList Of Entertainment fb page

New SeaMoss is in the making….Let’s talk more about one of the key ingredients in my formulation amongst a few 🥰 Shatavari 💪🏾 as promised here are the benefits of using Shatavari if you have menopausal symptoms. If you have vaginal dryness, loss of libido night sweats and hot flashes, Shatavari is great for balancing out these issues along with other ingredients that are in my Gush Moss.

Womb wellness from @queenafua ….Diet plays a major role in your vaginal health. Not saying go 100% plant based like myself but cut back for a few months and you will definitely see a difference in your menses. Menstruation is a cleansing so if you’re having heavy cycles that last 5+ days like the Queen says you are hemorrhaging. When it comes to the steaming side of things usually I would do a cleansing steam and it would be done a few times through the month. I know there are some that do it for the trend but steam schedules are mandatory during these situations. I’ve been detoxing for almost 3 months and trust me I see a difference. My steam schedule helped me cleanse even more. But what I noticed was how light my cycles were. You can do it too ❤️ As far as the lunch Kelp Stirfry and a SeaMoss Intense Smoothie with a ton of Berries, Spirulina and Green Veggies…Take care of yourselves come through I got chu

We all know the immune building benefits of consuming citrus fruits (especially oranges) but let’s talk oranges and vaginal health. There are many different citruses I use in yoni steaming but Seville Oranges (aka bitter orange) is slightly different. Bitter orange suppresses pain, inflammation, fungal infections antiseptic and has astringent effects. So for different reasons a client may have this included in their personalized yoni steam recipe. Some of the herbs I like to partner with Bitter Orange are Calendula, Ashwagandha, Green Tea, Lemongrass,Lemon Balm, and/or Pau d Arco just to name a few❤️ Sweet orange peels are used for aromatherapy as well but the benefits are slightly different

Passion, Mono meals and higher learning 💗

So many great things coming 🥰

As you know I’ve been on my path for quite sometime. I am always ready to learn and I continue to educate myself through some great healers and teachers. I am a student always and I do this.

Now with that being said let’s talk about the benefits of Mono meals 💪🏾💪🏾

A mono-diet is when you consume the same thing over and over again for a set amount of time, typically 3-5 days. - *It’s The Easiest Meal To Digest.
*It Forces You To Eat Better Quality Foods
*Greater Appreciation For Foods That You Eat.
*Pin-Point Allergies.
*The body then has enough of extra energy to devote to all of its natural cleansing functions.
*Remember sometimes, simple is best.

Speaking of best I am learning so much 💗 my head is literally spinning with all the education I’m getting. The healing and detoxification doesn’t stop, and as we evolve we are always learning more about ourselves and this journey. I live in creativity and growth so if you see me in my zone know it’s for the betterment of us all 🤣🥰

For anyone that is new to my page….Hey 👋 ☺️ I am Brandy 🥰

Stay focused on your story 📚 So many ppl try to write themselves in chapters you don’t even want them in. Balance and rebuilding it’s a vibe for me 🥰 There are so many ways to do this…On this journey herbs and nature is my heart and soul. Peace and yoni steams don’t hurt neither 🤣 Y’all see them watermelons I gotta put on the ground…a growing garden is like life the work ain’t easy but it’s worth it ❤️ Watermelon is a super hydrating fruit that is good for rebuilding and energizing the cells…For the yoni health, watermelon is packed with antioxidants, amino acids and citrullines - all of which can boost your libido and help keep your vagina lubricated. #gardening #yonijuice #watermelonjuice #watermelon #cucumberjuice #804yonisteammaster #peristeamhydrotherapist #yonicare #yourstorymatters #rva #rvayonisteaming #selfcare #virginiaisforlovers

Nothing but positive vibes over here 🥰🧘🏽‍♀️ My clients are loving the Yoni Tea add on at service. This sexy tea is loaded with…Ashwagandha, Damiana Red Raspberry, Hibiscus, Red Clover, Dandelion, and iron building herbs like Sarsaparilla…you can add orange lemon or lime to the tea also and it’s sweetened with Agave ❤️
