Childhood dream unlocked. Got invited to play at Parc des Princes for the ALL ACCOR Dream Tournament with football legends I grew up watching. Javier Pastore as my skipper and playing against the likes of Claude Makélélé, Jay-Jay Okocha, Pauleta, Ludovic Giuly and loads more 🤯. We then hosted the lunch with some of @alfiecooks dishes for the players which was also very surreal. Incredible day all round and even came away winning the tournament too. Big thanks to Accor, Novotel & PSG. One for the memory books. Allez ❤️💙

Support Your Local at The Knave of Clubs: Will ( @mrwmcsweeney ) from @juiced.world Will co-founded Juiced - the management company behind some of the biggest names in the food world, but he’s also as local as they come. His grandad and dad used to drink here back in the day, long before The Knave was restored to it’s former glory. He’s in here so often chatting to the old regulars that he now knows more Knave stories than most, including a few wild ones from the parties that used to happen in the apartment upstairs. So if you spot him at the bar, grab a pint and ask him for a story or two - you’ll definitely get a good one.

It was about time we sat down with Will from @juiced.world over a pint at The Knave… Will’s as local as they come - his Grandad and Dad used to drink here back when it was the original Knave of Clubs, and his dad even bought his first dog on the old One Club Row bird market. These days, Will’s in here at least three times a week taking meetings, chatting to other locals and enjoying a good old Guinness. He reckons he’s eaten close to 40 Cuban toasties... Respectable.
