Old vs New…🏢

Comparison of the old version (the smaller, 1:1 version) and new version (the taller, 2x scale version) of 425 Park Avenue 🏢🏙️

Fun fact: Today marks exactly 2 years ago since I first made this skyscraper (the older version) 🙂

The massive Worldwide Nations Center (WNC) is now fully completed, with new additional towers being built as part of the main complex. 🏙️🏢🏢

Description: A international, futuristic, and modernist-styled skyscraper complex located in the heart of the Hell’s Kitchen district of Midtown Manhattan. Also includes a massive park.

The complex is very large, situated in blocks between 8th and 12th avenues, and West 63rd and 42nd street. The placement of these towers are inspired by the real life locations of Hudson Yards, Rockefeller Center, and the old and new World Trade Center.

Some additional information on the complex:

Tower 1 (1 WNC): 1390 meters; 1792 meters to tip.
Tower 2 (2 WNC) : 1388 meters; 1396 meters with observation deck.
Tower 3 (3 WNC): 1080 meters; 1170 meters to tip.
Tower 4 (4 WNC): 978 meters.
Tower 5 (5 WNC): 911 meters by roof height; 920 meters by total height.
Tower 6 (6 WNC): 561 meters by roof height; 565 meters by total height.
Tower 7 (7 WNC): 746 meters.
Tower 8 (8 WNC): 850 meters.
Tower 9 (9 WNC): 418 meters.
Tower 10 (10 WNC): 606 meters.
Tower 11 (11 WNC): 623 meters, 776 meters to tip.

These 11 towers with white, gray and black glass materials are the main office buildings of the complex, while the skyscrapers with white and blue glass materials are smaller additional buildings that are not part of the main complex but technically part of the complex in general. They are considered residential and mixed mixed use.

Also included in the complex is the BNL (Buy n Large) sculpture and the original North Tower but a shorter version, which was my first skyscraper built in Minecraft.

Constructed from November 28th, 2022 to January 17th, 2023.
