Resistance Bands take over ft. The best in the game🔥 Why should we use bands? Resistance bands are one of the most effective ways to activate your muscles, especially the glutes🍑 Did you know..the glutes are our biggest muscle in our body🏋🏽‍♂️ Improving the strength of your glutes can increase flexibility, mobility and overall make daily tasks easier. Example: lifting heavy weights, climbing the stairs, running, rotating, accelerating, sitting with correct posture, and so much more. We pretty much use our glutes 24/7 and we don’t even realize...This is why strong glutes is so important, and bands are essential•
•
Benefits of building strong glutes💪🏽➡️ improve athletic performance/speed, improve posture throughout the entire kinetic chain, Aid in low back pain, injury prevention, & many other benefits.•

It’s time like these that remind us what is most important. More compassion. More support. More life. Let’s put the health of our community first by taking care of each other and getting through this together.

On and off the mic our coaches are here for you! 🙏🏼 Comment below with any questions you have for our coaches and staff about the At-Home OTF Workouts, using the OTBeat heart rate monitor with the app, how to hold yourself accountable at home, etc. 🍊 #otfseaford

10 years. 1,000,000 members. Countless splats, all outs, and calories. Not merely enough ways to say “thank you”, but we’ll try our best! We would not be what we are without our members and OTF Syosset would not be the family it’s become without each one our member’s love, passion and drive. Thank you, OTFam for making each day better and making us better! ____#otfsyosset #10yearsotf #otfam
