being a senior has its perks, but it also has its downsides and one of those is having your last season of the sport you love with your girls. i will never forget these past 4 years of volleyball; i have learned how to not only be a better player, but a better person. i’m so thankful God allowed me the opportunity to play volleyball and i thank him everyday for the support system i have been blessed with. i’m forever sad that this beautiful chapter of my life has to come to an end, but i’m forever grateful for the memories!

one of the hardest goodbyes I’ve ever had to say. I am so grateful for this sport shaping my life for the last 7 years. I’m so thankful to every team I have been a part of and every girl I’ve been lucky enough to play beside!! You will forever be my teammates.
I thank God for the opportunity to play over the years despite injury or location, he has led me through it all!! I’m so thankful for my coaches and all the time they’ve spent with me over the years. And especially thank my parents for supporting and pushing me through every hard time! I love you all! sincerely, #9 🏐

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for how this season came to an end. Playing with these group of girls has truly taught me so much and i’ll never take that granted. I’m thankful for being able to play such an amazing sport that has shaped me into the person I am today. Volleyball has taught me patience and gratitude and on top a billion other things I just wanna say a thank you to coach olivia for shaping me into the player I have became and person I am today, I also wanna thank my senior teammates for being there for me through it all and making this sport so dearly special. Once a lady mustang always a lady mustang Thank you @mahs_volleyballofficial . 🩷🩷🩷🩷

four years as a mustang gone too fast! i’m so fortunate to call these girls my team and getting blessed to lead as captain. i’ll never take for granted every practice, game, and tournament down to the very last point. i’m forever grateful for a body that was able to play this game and to my parents for being the best support system i could ever ask for. volleyball became my why and every moment was enough. i’m eternally thankful for the Lord for providing me with the strength to keep coming back, for protecting my mom and grandparents, and for showing others to love this too.

One of the hardest goodbyes!! Volleyball has served me so well and although I am sad it is over, there are so many things to be grateful for. I am grateful for an able body, my parents and family who supported me and watched me play for so many years, all the friends I've made on all different teams, the people that I have played with since the beginning, and every single coach that has put their time and effort into teaching me this amazing sport.

I have experienced friendship, commitment, companionship, girlhood, leadership, love, and joy all within volleyball and it has truly been a beautiful experience. Volleyball is SO much fun and I hope I get to play with these girls again.
