2024, you’ve been a year of massive transformation. I moved back home, started a music scene from the ground up, and built something I’m beyond proud of. While focusing on getting my life together, I also met the love of my life—proof that sometimes the best things happen when you least expect them. This year, I released 8 singles, dropped a massive EP, and kept telling my story through music. Though I didn’t DJ as much as I’d have liked, I still had the privilege of headlining shows across state lines and connecting with all of you in ways I’ll never forget. On top of that, Skull Vision thrived—we released new tracks every month and brought artists from all over the country together to create something truly special. From sold-out shows to unforgettable moments, 2024 showed me the power of perseverance, love, and music. I also got back into skateboarding, thanks to my close friend Noah—sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference. Here’s to building on this momentum in the year ahead. #royalflush #SkullVision #MusicJourney #Grateful

at 21 I would have told you that I was scared to turn 22.

if you asked me why, i would have told you that if the next milestone birthday was getting kicked off of my parents’ insurance at 26, then surely the golden days of my youth so glorified in the movies were over, a door closed on what I thought were supposed to be the best days of my life.

but at 11 I would have told you my favorite color is pink because I hadn’t yet read that one poem about a love so big it turned the whole world yellow.

at 14 I would have told you that I had forgotten what happiness feels like, but today I stand thriving with sunlight in my veins.

it wasn’t until 17 that I flew across the Atlantic and touched down on a different continent for the first time. I was 19 when I went to my first music festival, and I couldn’t have told you what my favorite fruit was until I had tasted fresh rambutan in the Costa Rican jungle at 21.

at 21 I was scared to turn 22, but a few weeks ago I went from 22 to 23 with an impalpable joy because sometime between now and then I realized that every year older is another year of getting to know myself and the world more intimately, changed by the things I have experienced, the places I have been, and the people I have loved and been loved by.

22 was not the end of a youth that i thought i had lost, but the beginning of a life that my teenage self couldn’t have even dreamed of. here’s to year 23 on this beautiful spinning planet; the best is yet to come🍃☀️
