no don’t thank me! i’ll CRYYYYYYYyyyyyyyYYYYYYYYY! 💋

it’s been hard to process this experience because it is my last show at spotlight but also my last theater performance for a good bit! i have watched everyone grow up over the 11 years i’ve been at spotlight and i honestly don’t know where or who i would be without each and every single one of you! you all have taught me to think outside the box, be confident in myself and actions, be silly, and most importantly, to be me! it has been a true blessing to go thru life with this group of people and i will take all the memories and lessons with me thru the rest of my life! i love you all so so SO! much and even if i can’t make it to your performances, just know i will be cheering you on in everything you do!

and never forget… don’t be sad because it’s over, be happy that it happened! (and i’m so glad seussical happened!)

Seussical: The Musical 🩵👓🪶🐘🪺

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love this show and how much doing this show means to me. I’ve wanted to be Gertrude for such a long time and getting to finally play her has been an honor. I’ve had so much fun rehearsing this show and i’ve had an amazing time performing this show this past weekend. This cast has worked so hard to put this show on the stage and i’m so glad that the show turned out the way that it did. I’ve loved playing Gertrude and getting out of my comfort zone to perform this role. thank you to everyone who made this show possible. this show was an actual dream come true.

with love,
Miss Gertrude McFuzz🩵
