Schedule is finalized and we’ve got all of our deets squared away for November 1st! Excited to introduce a few new faces to convergence fam :)

Another Sunday packed full of music, movement, and creativity for our community! We will have another KYNECT representative back out for anyone who is interested in learning about or in need of educational, employment, housing, and healthcare resources/services.

We will also have a donation booth set up for those who would like to donate physical and monetary donations locally to @svrc.bluegrass , as well as any donations for convergence to keep these events free for the public. (Will post separately with more information)

Wear a costume and bring your friend!!

So happy to finally share some moments from Summer Convergence!! This is just a small glimpse into the hot day we spent outside together moving, creating, and connecting. If you missed out, don’t worry, we’ll be back in the fall with some (hopefully) cooler temperatures and spooky vibes 👻

We are always so thankful for the new faces that find their way to convergence, and the ones that continue to show up; whether that is through your hosting, teaching, creating, playing, or attendance, we are grateful!!

What makes convergence special is the familiarity of the people who are apart of these events, while also welcoming in new faces each and every gathering. Our intention is to be the meeting point where this can be a place to foster a sense of belonging and community to people as they get to create, move, heal, and build new relationships, and find other smaller communities to explore.

We will post more photo’s as they come (please send in anything from summer convergence) and be on the look out for our fall convergence date :)

Summer Convergence Music Artist’s and a bit about the Community Art Space 🌀

Summer Convergence schedule just dropped🤲🏻

We’ve got a packed day of music, movement, and creativity; these are some of the best catalyst’s for bringing a range of identities together to create and foster community, relationships, and connection in a way that is inclusive and accessible (it’s free and fun too)

We will have:

a diverse lineup of sound that will progress throughout the day into the higher realms of tempo 🌀

2 opportunities to explore your body through yoga flow and movement.

2 workshops designed to encourage connection with the community and with your inner creative.

1 community art space that’ll be open all day.

1 lollipop 🍭 stage for those brave enough to dance!

This is a safe and inclusive space for ALL ages, races, sexes, genders, sexual orientations, and physical/mental abilities. We do not welcome or tolerate haters, bigots, misogynist’s, homophobes, racists or the like! 🫂

In the coming days we’ll be sharing more details on the local teachers, vendors, and artists who are helping make summer Convergence happen and what you can expect 🙌🏻

I had the privilege of hosting the most whimsical surprise birthday party for Lacey this past weekend. If you know Lacey— you know how deserving yet difficult this surprise was to keep under wraps. Thankfully we are so blessed with incredible and sneaky supportive friends, that we pulled it off!

Lacey, my love— we all are so grateful for you. Beyond blessed to have a friend like you who literally would give the shirt off your back for others. The one who plans everything but deserves to have the day planned for you. I love you I love you I love you.

Last Friday I opened for @yookiemusic along with my homies @dadjokesthedj and @abbnorml_ and was my first time ever playing @theburlky and was the biggest crowd I’ve ever played for and probably the most fun I’ve had playing a set. It still doesn’t feel real lol

Spring Convergence schedule just came out of the oven! We’ve got your hour by hour schedule planned out for Sunday May 3rd. Included, we have all of the people helping make this day come together!

Check out the teachers, instructors, vendors, and artists that will joining us, and give them a follow! This is your community!

Our goal is to try and make this event and space as inclusive and assessable as possible. The yard at @groundedalldaycafe perfect for this as it allows plenty of room for people to engage in all of the activities we have to offer, all experience levels welcome. This is kid and pet friendly, and flow toys encouraged. Word on the street is there might be a lollipop 🍭 brought out courtesy of @lostfoundlex .. but what do we know?!

As always, this is a free event, but donations are encouraged! We will be partnering with @arabesqueworlddance and @thenestlex for our donation drive and will share more on all of that very soon, as well as our teacher, instructor, vendor, and artist highlights.

Spring convergence is just around the corner and we’re pumped to be back playing outside at @groundedalldaycafe !!

It’s such a beautiful space for the community to gather and to enjoy a day together through music, art, wellness, and movement.

We will have the same offerings as usual! A FREE community event with Diverse DJ sets, the community art space, workshops, yoga, art and wellness vendors, and a local donation drive!

Each event we try and recruit new people from the community or surrounded areas to give people a chance to show their talents and skills. So, we are extremely stoked to have some new people on board for spring convergence :) If you’re interested in vending, teaching, instructing, or performing, please reach out with what you have to offer! We will still have a fall and winter convergence, and potentially some smaller events for networking.
