Over the next weeks, we’ll be diving into the archives to showcase a series of mixes that highlight Oriana’s exceptional skills as a digger, selector, and DJ.

First up: @resident_advisor Podcast 804.

‘Oriana’s approach is refreshingly low-key. Though she now resides in Barcelona, she hails from Uruguay—one of the hotspots for house music. She shares many traits with her fellow DJs from the region: minimal social media presence, a steady stream of mixes filled with unusual and obscure tracks (no tracklists, of course). She prefers to communicate through her music, with gently swung grooves and seamless transitions, making it seem as if Technics turntables are an extension of her limbs’

In this RA Podcast, Oriana steps out of her usual style, blending downtempo records that she finds challenging to fit into her other sets. It’s a mix of New Beat, EBM, and techno, all crafted by a true vinyl enthusiast. Check out the full mix and RA interview in our bio.

🎵Lena Plantonos – Cyaniris (Anatolian Weapons 6 a.m. Eternal)

With less than five weeks to go until our event, we only have a handful of early bird tickets remaining. [link in bio]
