For Julie, curiosity about how we move and how we think has always gone hand in hand. While studying Psychology & Cognitive Neuroscience in the Netherlands, her interest with the mind and body naturally found its way into another longtime love: movement.

With a background in dance, yoga, barre, and other forms of training, Julie brings a mindful yet dynamic approach to her classes. Expect intentional movement, strength, mobility, and plenty of flow—without the pressure to keep up or perform.

Her goal is to create a space where everyone feels comfortable exploring movement at their own pace, getting stronger, more mobile, and a little more connected to themselves along the way. ✨

Practice with Julie:
Monday Hot Yoga @ 17:15
Thursday Barre @ 17:45
