Two claps for our Beast of the Week, Julia! 👏👏

You will most likely catch Julia at the 4:30pm camps, but don’t be surprised if you see her bouncing around every other camp time as-well! 🔥

Fav protocol? Body Weight Conditioning! 💪
“I love the challenge of pushing myself using my own weight and I always leave feeling accomplished, and stronger!”

Why BBC? “I have tried lots of different workouts, places, and forms of exercise and Burn Boot Camp has been my favorite! When I walk into Burn I can count on being challenged no matter what that day’s protocol is. Burn has taught me a lot about discipline and pushing through the moments when you feel like you can’t. The people at Burn are a huge part of why I love it so much. I’m so grateful for the friendships I’ve made and for the community that keeps me accountable, and makes me want to keep showing up. On the days when I don’t feel like it, I know they will be there to support me. It’s also a place where my whole family can show up and work out together even though we are at different stages of fitness. The trainers here truly care about me and want to see me grow. In a room full of people they make it a point to notice me, and push me to do my best.

Any advice for new members? “My biggest advice to new members is to just show up! Every day we wake up we are given the chance to be better than we were the day before so don’t waste that opportunity. Don’t be intimidated or compare yourself to anyone else. Your own mind is your greatest obstacle! Everyone is at a different point in their journey, just keep coming!”

If you see Julia at camp this week, be sure to give her a high-five! 🖐️💙
