After 5 weeks in a portuguese hospital and 200 hours of Neurorehabilitation I have come a long way. From being paralysed from the waist down to taking my first few steps 3 months later with just little support💪🏻 No doctor could tell me that my spinal chord injury would allow me to ever walk again. They simply didn’t know. Still I am lucky enough to have made a lot of progress. I’ve fought so hard and I won’t stop. I want to say a big thank your to everyone that has helped me come this far: The emergency crew on the accident site, the doctors, nurses and therapists that took such good care of me. My Family. Every single person and brand that helped me to fund all the expensive but necessary rehabilitation. Next up is another therapy block in Madrid @europeanneurocenter to continue regaining motor function in my legs. THANK YOU #15

@alestremhardenduro first round of the @fimhardenduro was last weekend. Everything in one piece and looking forward to the next one in Portugal. Did not end up where I wanted with a P7 in Juniors and 24th overall but it is what it is and we just keep moving forward. My new outfit by @x_grip was on point and also thanks to @acerbismotorsport and @vetta_art x @gerriets_headquarters for the sickest looking helmet.
