This is what it’s all about! 💚
Training alongside your besties, having fun and laughing while becoming your best-self.
Working-out isn’t always just to look aesthetically good or lift your PB. Working-out is hugely about the community of people it brings together, like minded people putting their best foot forward in what aligns with them.
Meeting new people everyday, with fitness in common can mean you can constantly be making new friends (this can be daunting post early 20s).
Try something new while bringing movement to your body and see where the journey takes you and who you meet along the way, trust me it’s amazing!❤️🫶

“Dear Elaine and Isabelle,

I can’t articulate how incredibly powerful, moving, empowering and heart-opening that was for me. The single most profound experience I’ve ever had. Truly.

I’ve never felt more love for myself, more certainty and pride about who I am, or more confidence in what I’m here to do. I am certain that this evening has helped me to emotionally cut cords with things that I’ve struggled with for a long time. You’ve cleared space for me to keep moving forward as my biggest, brightest self, and I can’t thank you enough. I promise to keep doing the work. That’s the least I can do after the gift you’ve just given me.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. What a beautiful, beautiful force you two are.”

We are blown away by what went down for our first ARISE Group Breathwork session yesterday. We are so humbled to everyone for showing up with such courage, trust and love to journey so deeply together.

I am so grateful to my mentors @helle_weston @lukismac and all the @owakenbreathwork family for the world class training and support over the last year and we are so excited to take this powerful modality out into the world 🌏❤️🙏🏼🌀🫶🏻
