In 2021, I had the idea to do something for @arrae in the Hamptons. We were way too small so we decided against it. Then we revisited the idea again in 202, and then 2023. But the time still wasn’t right. Because yes, there is such a thing as doing something before your brand is ready for it. You can’t spend your way to relevance as a brand, and there’s no point in taking up space your brand is too young to fill. But this year, the time was right. We knew Clear Protein+ was going to be the perfect product to launch in Montauk. And when we do something, we go big. So we partnered with @flyblade and @tiktokshop to take over a seaplane that takes people from NY to Montauk all month long. We also partnered with @thesurflodge to create Arrae Beach Club where Proteinis were served all day long 🌊 Moral of the story: hold out until the time is right. It took us 4 years but it was worth the wait. PS for new brands - Our goal when it comes to events/activations is doing something when at least 50% of the audience has heard of us before. If you do an activation when no one has heard of you, it’s not as impactful - people will literally glaze over it. So it’s really important to get the timing right!!
