Not an addict.
Not a stereotype.
A successful person managing pain.

We need more ambulatory wheelchair use in film and TV!

A lot of people need a wheelchair even though they can walk short distances.

Talent agent and disability rights attorney Julia Irzyk (@juliairzyk ) talks about how lack of representation in Hollywood contributes to people calling us liars and fakers.

Expanding the roles available to disabled actors.

Julia Irzyk (@juliairzyk ), head talent agent + founder of The Library Agency, is doing exactly that—by submitting disabled actors for roles that don’t explicitly call for disability.

And when casting directors actually see that?
It quietly expands what’s possible.

Thank you to Julia Irzyk | @juliairzyk (center top) & Andrew Greanias | @andrew_greanias (center bottom), my agents at The Library Agency, for hosting a wonderful year-end holiday party for the roster.

The Inkwell Tavern | @inkwelltavern was a rotating door for a great group of #actors (much bigger than pictured here) while Julia held court!

Thanks to @jcabantingva for bringing his EPIC lightsaber and letting us all play.

May the Force be with us all — the whole roster and The Library Agency team — in 2026!!

I wear my purple 💜 today to honor Lupus warriors on World Lupus Day.

I wish to specifically acknowledge my LA agent, Julia Irzyk | @juliairzyk of The Library Agency, a fierce Lupus warrior and even fiercer friend.

Few people have fought harder for me in my life. Julia is among the cherished friends and colleagues in my career who have staunchly believed in me and held me up. She’s fought to get me in rooms, promoted me with vigor and enthusiasm, defended me when I needed it, been an ear (both a professional one and occasionally a much needed personal one) when I’ve been at crossroads.

I celebrate her today — which also happens to be a day I can happily announce my most recent booking on a wonderful and meaningful SAG audio drama called “The High Note” | @the_high_note_audio_drama . Their team announced my casting today and a consultation with Julia was instrumental in my moving forward on this project. Total side note: “The High Note” team happily signed the NAVA AI Rider | @navavoices for my participation in this project (Thank you all!) Of course, agents like Julia are eagle-eyed for voiceover artists in the area of AI encroachment and abuse of our talents and artistry.

Thank you Julia and thank you to all those battling Lupus for defining what heroism is.
