Back in September of last year, I had a very scary wake up call and I realized I needed to make a huge change. I had been working out on and off, maybe getting into the gym at most three times a week.

After my doctor told me that I needed to change my habits, I decided to go hard and really lock in. I changed my eating habits, I joined a different gym where I felt that would be more accountable for going, and then eventually in November I ended up joining this cycle studio.

I have found a family here, and I am so thankful for all of the people I have met at @risecycleco ! Today marks my 100th class, this is the first 100 of 1000+ more. Thankful for my Rise fam, wouldn’t be where I am without yall. @juliaiscooliaa I absolutely ADORE you!!

🚧 Exciting things are happening at the gym!

Please excuse the construction over the next few days as we make some upgrades to create an even better experience for everyone. We appreciate your patience while we make these improvements.

Big things are coming, and we can’t wait to share them with you. Stay tuned! 💪🔥

A huge thank you to @montgomeryvillageca for including us in June’s Monthly Movement Series, and to our friends next door at @lululemon for hosting us!

@juliaiscooliaa had the honor of leading 50+ people through a morning of movement, community, and wellness, followed by the most delicious post-class matcha from @littledelights.sc .🍵

Moments like these are what reminds of why community > everything. Thanks to everyone who showed up and made it so special.🩵
