Saw @drwillcole do this and had to jump on it (jomo is the best phrase I’ve ever heard) 🤣 these are all the practices that help me feel and look my best 💚 this set for my @eyeam de bloat drop was so fun to do and FYI... This is why I love cycle syncing because this was the day before my period and NO symptoms ✨
