First Launch staffshop in the books!!!

This week I had the incredible opportunity to lead a group of 12 intelligent, passionate, and fun high schoolers with the one and only @khfaustman !! These delegates showed me the power of having tough conversations, being open minded, and being willing to take action to make the world a better place. I could not be more proud of them and their hard work to create a special place.

This week at workshop truly changed my life and perspective on what it really means to be a leader and how to make a genuine impact. Leading is much more than a title, it’s how you make others feel. I left campus feeling inspired and so full of warm fuzzies. This organization has been a constant in my life for the past 8 summers, and giving back as a staffer has meant so much to me. The world becomes a better place one spark at a time.
