Missing Team @imogenemovie extra hard this week 🎥

We’re 75 minutes into the first rough cut (!!) and humbled by the talents of these humans right here.

Just wanted to let y’all know…the work and dedication and attention to detail really, realllllly paid off ♥️🙏🏼

To make a film is such a wild ride. First, you make a family.

CANT WAIT TO SHARE THESE FRAMES WITH YOU, FAM. 🐝proud. xoxo

Cute pic.
Important announcement 📢

Consider this your PSA: sustainable filmmaking is not difficult or cumbersome. It’s actually a fun challenge and makes Mother Earth happy along the way.

Peep the growing list of ways we’re reducing our carbon footprint on set of @imogenemovie:
✔️composting food scraps + paperware
✔️trash to treasure art department
✔️carpool system for commutes
✔️digital sides and callsheets
✔️recycling cans and containers
✔️BYO water bottles + coffee mugs
✔️avoiding single use plastic
✔️locally sourced ingredients for catering
✔️thrifting second hand wardrobe
✔️stainless cups and silverware
✔️washing dishrag napkins
✔️resourcing props from studio shows
✔️planting trees this fall for every day of production
(+ so much more)

If that doesn’t get you fired up, maybe this note from our caterer @danidanination will…

“I bought living herbs from the stores and have hardened them off to replant, along with some pollinator friendly flowers here at an unused raised bed on the property. Why buy if we can grow, right?! Plus the bees will love it.” 🐝

It’s real. It’s possible. It’s enjoyable.

That’s right, the first laurel for our film Beyond the Yard. We can’t wait to screen this short at @myrtle_beach_film_festival this April. See you there!
