Bali, Indonesia 🇮🇩 | July 2025

Julia and Jasmine getting some sparring in.

Then I somehow convinced Jasmine to come on a run through the rice fields.

She was there. The camera evidence is less convincing.

Bali, Indonesia 🇮🇩 | May 2025

Finally got a photo with @yuki_angd , one of the reasons I ended up at Soma in the first place.

Survived an island-wide blackout.

Had a burger, fries, and games night with friends.

And finished things off with a post-training mirror selfie, because apparently that’s a legal requirement at most gyms.

Just another week in Bali.

A lot of people have a very specific image of Bali.

Beach clubs.
Digital nomads.
Crowds everywhere.

But the Bali I experienced felt very different.

Morning training.
Exploring the island.
Good food.
Meeting people from all over the world.

It’s one of the reasons I keep going back.

Comment CURIOUS if Bali surprised you too.

Save this if Bali is on your list.

Old friends, new friends, minute long friends, day long friends. I am beyond appreciative to have spent minutes, hours, days, weeks with you all and each second had such an incredible impact on me. Cheers to a summer I will never forget.

This one’s for all of you (even the ones not pictured… you know who you are ❤️)

What an incredible and well-spent weekend! With over 35 students, we visited two volcanoes in just one weekend — Mount Bromo and Mount Ijen in East Java. Thank you all for making it such an unforgettable trip! 🌋⛰️📸🥾🍻
