Thank you @tracee_artistry for inviting me out and opening my eyes to the world of EmPowerHer! My time at @fcac.empowerher was spent on two occasions that more than awakened my senses. It was lively, bright inside its third year, the exhibition featured untamed talent. I enjoyed my time there and I look forward to next year!

🪴As the Garden grows, so shall the Gardener🪴

Through my art and these experiences I’m constantly aligning with the truth that growth is happening.

I’m grateful for the curators who held space and the artists I crossed paths with this weekend. Every moment was truly special, and I left feeling so inspired 🧡

Both exhibits will be on display through December; If you’d like to visit or schedule a tour, feel free to reach out to me or the tagged galleries below ☺️🫶🏾

“Water on Stone: Into Nothing”
2025 | 35” x 24” | Cotton, silk, beads, stone, free-motion quilting | Artist @julianievesstudio

Water on Stone is tangible evidence of my journey of healing and self-transformation. It reflects the mystery and power of imagination, vision, and living into the fullness of being whole. My art is both vehicle and path for healing, discovery, and spiritual conquest. Living with multiple disabilities has taught me that within me exists a deep well of knowing and creativity—an inner resource I only discovered through the act of creating.
