To follow up on yesterday’s post regarding off-site events, we’re definitely turning the dial UP on in-store events, parties & fun promos! ↗️ Folks don’t typically come to us for anything specific, except for the experience they know they’ll have. We are most definitely to be trusted as a top place to visit when your friends come to town! 😊 Experience is what we’re known for and an experience you will get! Like last Friday… when we went on a duck hunt! 🦆 Some of y’all came in just to see the way we decorated our duck blind and marsh, grabbed a coffee, and just soaked it all up. 🥰 So blessed we could have Catie in from college, along with Jules, Margaret and J Bohn… all in uniform! 🧡 Shoutout to Keith for “letting us” raid your shed. We know you didn’t have a choice since you were on an actual bird hunt in Maine! 😆

On Saturday we had the honor of being a part of @taleahtuck913’s Bingo & Fashion Show fundraiser, The Lorent Legacy, which gave 100% back to Lake Christian Ministries here at SML! Having the J Bohn girls share the runway with Taleah’s @sunandfig_boutique was so much fun! At only 21 years old, this girl is doing big things in our community and we’re so proud to support her! 👯‍♀️ Special thanks goes out to Sara Taylor, Margaret Bryant (@margiescoffeespot) and @juliannakember for spending their Saturday night being the absolute most gorgeous models, helping to raise money for such a wonderful cause. 🤗

It might take us a while to recover from last week! Most sleep I’ve ever lost in nearly 15 years as an entrepreneur… but thankfully it was over COFFEE! 😆 If Margaret didn’t know me well… she does now! 😜 We celebrated the launch of our Sip & Shop: Margie's Coffee X JBohnBishop HARD and y’all did not disappoint! Feels like we have a world of people to thank… and I’ll try my best not to leave anyone out! Margaret Bryant— from me to you! Thank you for trusting me with the marketing aspect of your first business! You’ve allowed me to do something that I truly love in this process and it has been such a pleasure to watch your brand grow over the last SIX months! If I never have to format a menu again though that will be just fine! 🤣 Our future is so bright and I’m so blessed to have you to grow with! 🌱 This spot is for “a special someone” who can’t be named that is the real MVP of this entire operation. 💛☘️🍻 Every girl (& Trevor) on the Mercantile staff for listening to ALL of my ideas and plans for the future and jumping on board with me even when it coulda been easier to just say SHUT UP! 🤭 Tyler Bryant— for everything you did to not only make your wife’s dreams come true with the most incredible coffee bar but the time and effort you put in to helping the Mercantile get a little facelift as well! Keith Bishop— for encouraging me when we weren’t sure this thing would ever even happen.
