The 2022 black bass world championships are done and dusted. After a solid practice we are all a little disappointed in our end result. A big cold snap hit just before day one of the tournament and our fish moved. Being inexperienced in largemouth fishing and also stubborn, we missed a few clues and never made the right adjustments. Shout out to @usabassorg on the gold🥇

A little over 2 years ago @kahleeelise and I stood at this block and had a dream of building our dream home. Covid, wet weather, approvals, money, banks, solicitors, delays, rework and everything in between. Its was a journey I wouldn't do again. The final peice of concrete has been layed last week. While there is a ton of work still to go, we are nearing a livable home. This has been the main reason I've been MIA on pretty much all fishing of late. I'm looking forward to blowing the dust off the boat and getting back into it this summer.
Before that, Team Australia regroup and fly out to U.S.A South Carolina, Lake Murray.
25 countries from all over the world competeing in a team tournament. We go in again, the underdogs. Just the way we like it. No large mouth bass in our country certainly puts us right behind the 8 ball. Reports it was fishing its head off weeks ago and the lake has since rolled, making it tough. Bring it on 💪🏼
