🥰 A most perfect day with @julie2650 🥰 There's something very special about making book friends & it's hard to explain to those who don't understand. But here's a prime example of just how wonderful it is. I recently met Julie in Boston during the "We're coming to the Fenway" event. We had a large group of loons attend, many of whom we met only in a group chat. After spending time together, Julie invited me to Rachel Reid's Toronto Book Tour for the new Hardcover release. Y'all know me by now that I'm like HELL YES PLEASE! We created a whirlwind HR tour for the 31 hours we would have together. Check out the last slide for our starting itinerary. And then we made a bunch of new friends & hugged more booksta friends! In our final hours together, we toured Dundurn Castle, Winchester Arms (The Kingfisher) & multiple Canadian Tire locations. It was an ABSOLUTE BLAST! Thank you, Julie!! For the invite, for our new found connection, for a grand adventure! I'm so thankful for this new friendship w/ you! 💋 Shout out to my dear Louisa @allmy_booklovers for our glorious hug-filled reunion!! And FINALLY meeting @daphnefangirling & @readspastmybedtime 💋 Thank you for pasta, Canada!

Heated Rivalry but make it baseball. Yes, I’m two weeks late I suck I know but it was such a joy to hang out with so many friends in person for the first time in Boston between the rave, the game, group lunch, and our book store crawl (I bought like 12 books from @lovestruckbooksandcafe). Thank you so much @see_attached_bibliography for organizing, you’re a legend and an icon. For someone who rarely posts my face on the internet I can believe so many people found me and I ran out of bookmarks before the opening pitch. It was so awesome to meet so many lovely people I’ve chatted with on the internet about Hollanov! I drove 12 hours each way to get there with my mom but it was so worth the journey! While a few of us were hanging out on the Sam Deck during Harrison’s set, @rachelreidwrites and her crew walked past right next to us and I got to pass on a bookmark through her publicist. And I got to give one to @harrisonmusic the night before when he signed my CD and a bookmark, thank you so so much! If you didn’t get a baseball ticket bookmark and want one, DM me. I’ll send you payment info, you send me your address, and I’ll mail them in an envelope with a stamp to keep costs low to everyone. In the future I plan to have a website with hockey ticket bookmarks (I have a lot in process 🫣) and more shipping options, but that will take a minute to get in order so I’m begging you, let’s be done with baseball before it’s officially fall! If I have to add them to the website later I can but if possible, let’s wrap up baseball now. If you start DM me, I’ll start printing and laminating tonight. When I handed them out in Boston, some had matte laminate, some had glossy laminate, and 8 had “Voyageurs” spelled without a U, my bad. All that are shipped with have matte laminate and be spelled correctly. If everyone has forgotten about them, even easier lol • • • #heatedrivalry #fenway #bostonredsox #shanehollander #ilyarozanov
