✨And we can finally share it with the world ✨

A few weeks ago, we took over the streets of London and turned the city into our dance floor for an incredible project #AURA by @maysama_beauty 🔥

I’m incredibly proud of what we created, and of every single dancer who brought this choreography to life 🤍

From the very first meeting to the trust the Mayasama team placed in us, to seeing everything come together on the day… this has been such an amazing journey. And the professionalism, openness, creativity, down to earth and genuine humanity from the team, made it even more special! WE- HAD- SO-MUCH-FUN ♥️

#AURA’s new Led light therapy uses intelligent micro-pulsing technology - we LOVED bringing that energy out of the stillness of your everyday routine and into the street of London.

A massive thank to everyone involved… this was such a memorable experience 🙏🏻

And to my dancers - you were amazing 🤍

Ps: enjoy this short version of the choreo ( the original is much longer 😅) and some behind the scenes shots as well 🤗

New Gymbox Class Alert 🚨
Thursdays 1-1.45 pm
Starting 22nd October you can catch me at Gymbox Old Street for Yoga For Lifting. Don’t let lack of mobility stop you getting those insane gains. Deeper squats, better alignment, more foot connection, ankle stability, stable and open shoulders equal better results and less injuries.
See you on the mat team. ✨

Hey you thantastic thespians! 🎭

Listen, for all the stress, being an actor also has some really cool and random moments ✨️

Who else can say they ate pasta with the king of middle earth, then danced with Craig David whilst dressed as a troll? 🔮

This was such a great event to perform at and the talent on show? Incredible, met some amazing performers whilst celebrating fiction and wonder 💚

Until next time, see you all at the curtain call 🕺
