A few years ago, I discovered yoga. What started as a practice slowly became a journey, one that taught me presence, resilience, trust, and a deeper connection with myself.

That journey led me, just a month ago, to step far outside my comfort zone and travel to Thailand to complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in a language that wasn’t my own.

At the time, I knew it would be a challenge.

What I didn’t know was that it would become one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I thought I was going there to become a certified yoga teacher.

What I found was so much more.

I discovered a new level of self-confidence and self-trust. I met beautiful souls who felt like kindred spirits. And I fell deeply in love with a land that hopefully one day I may call home.

Yoga teaches us that growth happens when we move beyond fear and learn to trust the path. Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful. Grateful for this practice and everything it has brought into my life, but also for myself, for having the courage to say YES, I’LL DO IT.

Because if I hadn’t given myself that opportunity, I would have never experienced all the beauty, connections, lessons, and possibilities waiting on the other side.

The universe works in beautiful ways.. 🦋 Little did I know I’d be fully immersed in a yoga teacher training when I arrived in Thailand, and I’m so beyond happy I found myself here. This experience has been transformative in every way possible, and I’m deeply grateful for all of the lovely souls who made this journey so special and touched my heart along the way.
