POV: You work with the best group of women on planet earth. 🥹 Our clients tell us all the time that our team is what makes Leo + Laine different. That the women behind the work are the very reason they choose to stay. And while we may be a little biased, I think they’re onto something. Our brand design skills? Pretty damn good. Our social content? Thoughtful as hell. Our brand shoots, websites, creative direction, and everything in between? We’re incredibly proud of it all. But here’s the thing... Those are the reasons clients hire us. The women behind the work are why they stay. Somewhere along the way, our clients become part of our little Leo family. They celebrate their wins with us. They call when things get hard. They trust us with the messy middle, the big decisions, and the dreams they haven’t even said out loud yet. And that kind of relationship doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a reflection of the women who show up every single day and genuinely give a damn. About the work, about our clients, and about each other. Which brings me to Nashville. 🤎 We packed up our crew, found the coolest Airbnb we could, and spent a few days doing a little bit of everything and a whole lot of nothing. We worked. We created. We explored. We laughed (a lot). We supported other women doing their thing. And we gave ourselves permission to just BE together without a million things on the agenda. Because when we preach the importance of building an intentional business, we wholeheartedly believe in practicing that ourselves. A team trip isn’t just an opportunity to check off some brand photos or coworking hours. It’s an opportunity to spoil our Leo ladies, pour back into the people who pour so much into this business, and nurture something we’ve spent 7 years building. 😭 Something that, quite frankly, is realllyyyy damn special. And something we’ll never take for granted. Love these women. and love even more what we’re building. 🖤

Not your average bob… this one’s got attitude.
The ‘Ripped Bob’ is this season’s standout cut, featuring soft, deconstructed layers that add movement, texture, and the perfect undone edge. . . #besthaircare #localhoneysalon #luxuryhaircare #gsosalon #downtowngso #lifestylephotoshoot #specialoccasionhair #frizzfree #updos

Our advice…… Do the chop ✂️ There’s a certain feeling that comes with a fresh bob. At Local Honey, we don’t just cut hair, we shape a look that sweetens your features. Summer’s the perfect time to switch it up. If the idea’s been lingering… consider this your green light.
