Up next: 70.3 Peru in 6 days

Training is never easy, but I wouldn’t do it if it didn’t give me the satisfaction I needed.

Here we are 6 months post IM Barcelona and I didn’t realize how fast it’s flown and all the fun that’s been had.

Almost time to let the wheels fall off.

Dream come true.

Thank you to everyone especially my friends, parents and my coach @parkerkerth who helped support me through this journey, i feel all the love 🫶
This was more than the result I could have wished for & I believe Gods plan for me is just beginning to unfold. These races are very hard but I'm willing to work to see how far I can go in this sport.

First year of Pro Triathlon looking a bit different from what I expected.

Still dealing with some run injuries that just love to hang around.. shin splints would you believe it.

Decided it’s best to not stress making the early season races and instead wait for the back half. Don’t worry, I’m still fully committed to getting clapped in the pro field.

Doing something different this season & signed up for my first Driveway Series. Racing in the Cat 4/5 at the moment but so excited to move up the ranks.

So now we just keep having fun & play the long game🤘

IM 70.3 Dallas Little Elm was my first race of the 2026. The swim was canceled and wasn’t able to meet my sub 5 hr goal. Wind was brutal. However, still was able to get a run PR and qualify for 70.3 Worlds in France 🇫🇷! Looking forward to another shot at sub 5 in a couple of weeks! Special thanks to my coaches and NVDM community, my wife (for putting up with my training), and those that are crucial to my recovery (#mondosportstherapy and #defusemassagetherapy)!

I heard an object in motion… stays in motion?

As long as there’s 40mph winds

Make sure to listen to the very end as the final mistake I see athletes make is all too common

Marathon #5 in the books with a PR finish of 3:53:48!! ⚡️🏁🏃🏻‍♀️💨

I can’t even begin to put into words how much joy running has brought to my life. I certainly don’t take days like this for granted - pressure is a privilege and pain is only temporary. 💪 I’ve NEVER pushed myself this hard on a course, and if it’s one thing I know how to do well, it’s to smile through the pain.🥲😤

Grateful for my @goodgriefrunning community and the incredible humans who captured these moments along the way. 🥹✨

@austinmarathon You really threw me a curve ball at mile 26. 📈😅
