Inspiring the next generation of athletes 💥

So honored to be on stage at @athlete.con by @sambgreen alongside my niece @julzdunne

I spoke about one of the most underrated skillsets athletes need to work on: their own happiness.

It’s so common happiness is trying to be found in the scoreboard, the stat, the coach’s mood, the parents’ satisfaction. But what if you stop managing all the external factors and start working on your own happiness daily?

I taught them the most powerful athlete “meal plan” of the day: my “Snack on Happy” method.

Nothing’s more important to my coaching career than touching lives as early as possible. This is life changing stuff that changed their entire trajectory and could be felt.
