The truth is, healthy hair starts with a healthy stylist.

As a hair and scalp care professional, I've learned that taking care of my body is just as important as taking care of my clients' hair. Over the years, I've developed routines that help me maintain good posture, prevent injury, and continue serving my clients at my best.

✔️ Monthly deep tissue massages recommended by my healthcare provider

Life is not perfect I choose perseverance through any and everything. I choose christ.

We each have a life's path, choices and outcomes of those choices. Choose wisely.

I would have loved to be able to tell my younger self that it is a great thing to be bold and persevere. Don't hold back on following my instinct and prove in action who I truly am destined to be.

Tracing our threads of Creole heritage: from the people, food, music and the food to the many Creole moments, it was such a joy to host @stluciacalgary 2026 Jounen Kwéyòl celebrations! 🇱🇨

Madras cloth, which came from a city in India, is one of the threads of heritage that connects us to our culture, our community, and our country. It’s how we write today’s story of our identity, culture, and joy.

Thank you to President Margaret Daniels for having me fitted in custom hats by @julzzallure and outfits by Miss Julie. Y’all have raised the bar for hosting!
