First a calm, modern bathroom with a marble surround and soft natural light. Simple details and warm touches make it feel elegant and relaxing.

Next a streamlined walk-in closet where mirrored cabinetry and built-in shelving create a sense of symmetry and depth, enhanced by natural light and a patterned runner.

Finally a transitional hallway painted in muted blue tones, framing a layered architectural view that draws the eye toward the softly lit primary bedroom and closet beyond.

It’s the small details that make gathering special—the swirl of foam on a cappuccino, the sweetness of a pastry, or the sparkle of a cocktail at day’s end. These little moments draw people closer, turning simple routines into shared memories.

There’s something timeless about conversation over a good drink—whether it’s a warm cup of coffee and a pastry in the morning, or a crafted cocktail in the evening. These moments invite us to slow down, connect, and share ideas, turning a simple sip into something much more meaningful.

Café by day, amaro by night—this South Loop gem brings northern Italian tradition to life in a cozy 40- seat space. We had the pleasure of building it out, and working with the entire team was a true delight. Thrilled doesn’t begin to cover how we feel about being part of this project

Thanks for bringing us in @nathanmichael and thanks to @iidonije @alexcarnovale @luke_deyoung @alexandriaeduarte for trusting us! Wishing you all the best!
