Day 13: Draw in the style of an artist I admire. That artist will be @jumpyjunee ! I’ve been following them since the Mermaid are Jerks animation they made 10 yrs ago! My magical girls wouldn’t exist without them! I love my kids and i love June’s art! I took a ton of inspo from their art fight pieces and their sketches in the first sketchbook printed version! I really like how the lineart looks and i wish i put more time into rendering but i’m tired so. Ye!

So excited about the direction Prism is going in!!!! It continues to inspire me ❤️❤️❤️ and here’s my corny ahh art of Zuzu and Hokoto as strawberry shortcake girls. The idea hit me like a semitruck and I had to get it onto a canvas lol

A Little Magic Never Hurt

When I realized Apollo was on AF, I absolutely jumped at the chance to draw him! I adore his design, and his story is so fun. Oh, to be a haunted twink single father with an AI of your dead wife in your glasses!! Just lovely really.

And! I've remembered to include my sketch this time loll

Was rewatching @jumpyjunee speedpaint playlist because art is more fun when you are drawing with someone else and I thought I’d take a swing at their name pose challenge it looked fun. I’m in the middle of a very busy reset so I only did two but fully colored my lovebirds hope y’all like em

So I crashed. I’m not open about it here because I’m just a generally private person and if I want to make it as an author I kinda gotta promote my stuff, I won’t get into details but I have been dealing with a lot of chronic health problems for the last few years details which are generally none of the internets business but yeah my body kinda decided it wasn’t going to work anymore and decided to make me mildly comatose for like two weeks I’d wake up for basic survival but everything else was rotting in bed basically all of my post recently were scheduled or already basically done so I forced myself to upload and interact. My family is generally supportive and leave me be but as a family who relies and praises your paretification they get kinda pissy when I the practically blind chronically ill eldest is not able to keep the house from falling into disarray because the gym rat and the teenage athlete are busy experiencing their early twenties and actually having a senior year instead of taking five minutes to take out the bathroom trash and put in a bag. I’m not angry it’s fine… Character design, pinup pose, fantasy story,

Wanted to work on my posing so I tried to draw them spelling out their names! (Challenge by @jumpyjunee )

here’s the text next to each one since my handwriting is incomprehensible by man (and I missed a few details)

Atlas
Tries to make the letters as clear as possible because he’s a teacher. He’s used to making things simple for young kids so that they can understand easier.
Loves doing these kinds of things with his kids so he happily accepts the challenge

Tobias
Not flexible despite being a cat. The ‘O’ and ‘S’ are hard to read because of that
Uses his tail to help make things clearer
Cares about doing it right so he doesn’t mind getting on the floor.

Bluejay (Roman)
Does not do well under pressure
Ends up spelling his nickname instead of his actual name even though it’s longer
Thinks in proper grammar (first letter being uppercase, the rest lowercase) so he messes up the ‘L’
Absolutely does not want to get on the ground for this so he also messes up the ‘U’
He ends up giving up on the lowercase for the ‘A’ because he cares more about not getting on the dirty floor than proper grammar
